Here is why:

Lets compare last session with today's. I didn't carb cycle at all during last session. My main lifts came out to be:

Heavy DB Press

75X5
75X5
75X5 (with spotter)
75X3
75X5 (with spotter)

Reverse Crunches

Todays:

Heavy DB Press

75X5 All 5 sets with NO spotter needed!

I mean I just hit the gym like a f'in hurricane man. I couldn't believe how much better I lifted. I Deadlifted the same weight, but even that was easier (just 195 X 5 for 5 sets today)

I just had to comment about how effective this technique is and now I'm a total believer. I slept like crap the night before too!

yea, I've been carb cycling for a couple weeks now, lost 3 lbs and feelin' full of energy all the time. hopefully I'll be 10% BF or lower before summer rolls around. Gotta pay homage to Built!
