hey im 15 somewhere around 205 210 and my friend said I would probably be pretty good at powerlifting. here are stats as of before spring break:
havent done much dead lifts. if you have any tips or some exercises that really would get me ready for the competitions message me. thanks

For a freshmen, this kid is a beast.
Very good lifts.
Read some of the PL journals, Chris Rogers, Paul Stagg, KevinStarke, Sensei, Optimum, Nick Hatfield, Risk, (me) to get an idea of what people are doing.
Get your torso (abs, obliques, hip flexors) very strong, as well as your lower back, hamstrings, glutes, triceps, lats. There are plenty of PLers here, so just fire away when you have a question. I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

Glad to see we have another powerlifter. Like drew said check out the powerlifting journals he listed and read some of the threads here in the powerlifting section. Your stats look good but there is no powerclean so kill that deadlift brother. We're a pretty friendly bunch so feel free to ask any questions .
