I ran track in high school and made it to states many time. I can see two things I would try and work on. One is when you come out of your start you need to stay down longer. When I run the 100m I dont come fully upright for at least 10-15 meters. Secondly, Move your arms! haha. I used to have a problem with this also. You need to pump your arms more.

yea, arms provide a degree of momentum and help u get ur center of gravity right, and therefore more power down onto the track

i'd say get your ass in the air higher and your head lower in your start and focus on keeping your head down and accelerate.

I have a terrible case of shin splints... Maybe i overpronate?!! I don't know
How would i know if i overpronate.. What are the signs?
Cause i know overpronation leads to shin splints.

stay looking down and in front for at least 10-15 meters as said above. also you want to keep your hands flat(not in fists). keep them flowing nicely aswell.
