Just whipped up a nice little meal. I found a place I can get bulk shrimp, and bulk surimi at a great price, especially compared to red meat.

10g Seafood sauce

There are various types of surimi. Surimi is essentially a lean meat (I think it means "ground meat" in Japanese), such as lean beef/turkey or a white-fleshed fish (pollock, for example), that is ground and almost processed until it's sort of a paste. It basically catches the essence of a flavor- most normally a fish, tho'.
The most popular surimi product is imitation crab meat- you familiar?

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Tastes great, though it has a bit less protein than shrimp, and has some carbs. But I find it adds to the meal - if you just want a plate of shrimp, that's fine too ;) Mussels would be nice to add, actually. I find Scallops a bit too expensive though.
