What forms of low impact cardio can benefit me as a wannabe 'powerlifter'? If any, or I should of asked first, how heavily does it affect recovery - or are my micro cycles of DE work enough?
I should really stop thinking, its actually hurting.

The most cardio I do as a powerlifter is Plyometrics on my light/speed day, gets me sweating and its alot of fun.

I think that GPP work should be part of your overall longer-term plan and part of your GPP should be cardio-ish stuff. When I say cardio, I mean things that get you breathing hard and your heart rate elevated for more than a few minutes. Whether that's swimming, or high-rep work, or Cross-Fit, whatever - I think it should be somewhere.
As far during regular training or peaking, I think that walking is always doable, won't hurt your recovery and will probably help it.

Cardio is fine, just always save it for after you hit the weights. Just dont do so much that your exhausted for hours and hours afterwards.
