I haven't eaten red meat in over 10 years. How can I incorporate it back into my diet again with least amount of discomfort?

Why do you want to reincorporate it?

As a butcher, I feel it a responsilble to tell you this...

Eat the beef that has the largest amound of 'marbeling', where it has fat runs through the steak. Scotch/Rib Eye is most prone to this happening, falls apart when you chew it. Mmmmmmm.

I'm only guessing about correctness of my post...

I would start slowly... Maybe have some beef jerky first. Then start with lean meats slowly. You body should adopt to new nutrition. Probably the worst that can happen is you through up. One of my buddies who's Muslim had eaten some pork unknowingly. He said that he just threw up because his body rejected it.

On the other hand welcome back to "PETA (People for Eating Tasty Animals)". ;)
