Hey guys i took a few pictures i will add more later I have none of my legs due to my broken ankel and i cant really stand on two feet. I got a picture of back chest bicep.

I want to know what lifts i need more of and how im doing

Monday- Squats Leg Curls Calf Raisers

Tuesday Incline Incline Tri upright row

Wendseday Clean Deadlift LAT Pull downs

Thrusday Bench(closegrip, regular and wide) curls bent over row

Friday - Squat Leg Curls Calf Rasiers

My diet is ehh. waiting till im out of school to start a proper diet

i don't think we can be much of assistance when you give us 3 pictures haha. c'mon man, give us more to work with.

Yeah i wasnt hoping for much just a lil feed back i cant find my 400$ digital camera so i had to use my cell phone and its like 2$ for a pic send so i only took 3 and my ankel is broke so i couldnt give any of legs

Good luck rehabing that ankle, take your time. You need the basics - squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, pullups, rows. Hit those heavy and eat alot of food, and that's all ya need.

I hope it fixes well i wont be able to squat/deadlift for prolly 8 weeks =/ MORE TIME FOR UPPER BODY yess!
