I read that you will lose all your gains after your first or second cycle if you don't manage the withdrawal period with Clomid, hCG or an aromatase inhibitor.
This article said too, that most users will retain some degree of strenght and mass gains if they continue to train, but over time all this will be lost.

Not really you will loose some gains through pct but it depends as far as im aware on how much you gained during your cycle. you will loose some strength and the water you put on but with proper pct you should be able to hold onto alot of your gains i would say atleast 70% from your first and second and third cycle proberly more
if you don't run proper pct you will lose your gains. a small percentage of people that can get away with this, but don't take a chance with it. the second part of your statement isn't true. if the use of anabolics takes you past your natural genetic limitations and you come off, you will gradually go back to what your natural limit is. but let's say that a 5'10" 170lb guy gains 20lbs during a cycle. he's probably nowhere near his limit, and there should be no reason why he would lose those gains.

Right, RBB is correct. Another factor is how much you gained during the cycle. If it's your first time and you put on 50 pounds in 10-12 weeks you're most likely going to lose some of that weight, even if you just drop water weight.

Ok. Thank you.
I have done my homework, and it looks clearly that Nolvadex seems to be the PCT that achieve better results in decreasing overall estrogen
¿ Do a dose of 20-40 mg a day looks good to you ?

Ooops. Sorry. I read again the First Cycle Sticky, and got my answer :
Weeks 13-14 40mg Nolvadex per day
Weeks 15-18 20mg Nolvadex per day
10mg a day until you feel normal again

Yes, if you stop training then all of your gains will eventually go away.
If you stop taking AAS, you will always eventually revert back to your plain old self. :(

You mean NONE of the gains you made while using AAS were permanent, in the sense that they stayed around indefinitely after your cycle was over (assuming you kept training and eating, etc)?

only if you have surpassed your natural genetic limitations in regards to muscle mass. obviously you will lose some water weight after a cycle, but you should be able to keep everything else with the right pct/training.

Sounds reasonable and sensate.

Look, muscle is muscle. No matter how you get it its still the same muscle. As long as you eat at maintenance and keep lifting you will not lose your muscle mass. It's not complicated people.
Russow, why don't you just tell them about the magic muscle and cut to the chase?

key phrase=everyone is different and standard PCT protocol i feel is different for everybody...i don't believe there is a standard.
you learn from trial and error and it will take some cycling experience before u finally learn what works for u and what doesnt

I agree, as training and dieting.
