How many grams of fat would one person need to keep their hormones in balance? Spring is getting kind of close, so I'm starting to work on a good cutting diet to start pretty soon, but don't want to lower my fat grams too much.

I dont know if there is a set number. I just know its important not to have fat too low. Like 60-70g a day would probably be okay. I know 20-30 or less I think would be too little.

15% of you total caloric seems to be the minimum with closer to 30% being optimal.

30% and most of it must be from monounsaturated fats(peanuts, almonds, olive oil, avocados)
