Looking awesome rock. How long are you going to maintain after you finish your cycle?

05-09-2006, 07:18 PM
thanks guys :)

I am about 12days into my cycle and I think I will just stay at this fat% and enjoy the ride, I got 8weeks left and I expect to gain a bit more.

I am going to grow after the cycle, no problem :)

I am 6,4 or 5 and 240lbs right now of fat and water hehe :)

Bah, he's 6'4" at the most ;)

You look much bigger already compared to the arnold. Nice work!

05-10-2006, 12:42 AM
looking pretty good Rock. Traps and shoulders look a bit behind, but you prob already know this. Hit the weights hard so you can maximize your gains while 'on'. Props for being honest about being on the 'dark side' and good luck

how much easier do steroids actually make it?

how much easier do steroids actually make it?tuttut

Steriods don't make anything easier. What they do is increase your potential for gaining more mass than you would naturally during a certain time frame, or just overall. The few guys I've known on gear worked out harder than anybody else in the gym. Period.

Adding gear isn't going to make you magically grow. Those using still have to do everything the rest of us do. You have to train hard and eat right. If anything, adding steroids means you're going to be working out a lot harder to take full advantage of the benefits they offer to an experienced lifter.

Oh yeah, looking good Rock.

Looking big rock. Steroids don't make anything easy, but when you're on that first cycle it ain't too hard to train with the intensity of a rabid gorilla;)

looking really good rock.

you look like derek acorah off uk living, I know it's not the look your going for in that pose :D

05-10-2006, 11:59 PM
Good progress Rock but you're shoulders definately lack proportion to the rest of you body. If you had more shoulder mass you would have a wicked structure I think. Keep up the good work though.

mmm yeah I guess, gotta spend less time benching and more time on the militarypress!

Thomas, I can give you an honest answer.

Steroids allow you to work harder so you can gain more muscle, you do get a sense of extra agression mixed with motivation and newfound strenght, faster recovery and a decent apetite. You can sleep 6hours instead of 8, you do increase in most lifts. I lost so damn much muscle when I got the Mono that sorta feel like I am rebuilding and then building my self up and making me strong and solid after the god damn annoying months of mono.

Chest is huge, arms looking damn solid too. Those are definitely your strong points. How's the back/legs? Delts/shoulders seem to be slightly lagging (only when compared to the huge chest/arms) as far as overall balance goes. Keep up the good work!

05-15-2006, 03:12 PM
Strong work Rock.

05-15-2006, 03:29 PM
nice shapely neck/traps and your arms are big. Like others said, you'd look 5x bigger with larger deltoids.

05-24-2006, 05:53 AM
Look huge man! Good work!

01-20-2007, 06:53 AM
I swear he looks like this kid I used to play football with.

Anyways, good job rock. You look huge.
