I've been cutting the last couple of months and am leaning out nicely, so I thought I'd post a pic to show you all how I'm doing. The lighting is horrible, making me look white and my hair look orange. I don't look as defined as in better lighting, but you get the point.

16 years old, 5'10, 190 lbs.

Looks like you are hanging to the muscle pretty good there. What has been your strategy for cutting?

how the wheels? at 190 with that upper body it seems like you need to put on some leg mass. but i am still jealous of how awesome you look.

The lighting really sucks, I'm a lot leaner than that in reality. Plus I think I have really small bones, making me weigh less and less muscle looking like a lot more. I'll get a wheels picture up soon, but they're definately a stronger point

Here's a real quick one from a couple seconds age, the lighting is even worse than in the first two pics though. I'll get a better one up later for sure, but I have to get ready for school now.

...Plus I think I have really small bones, making me weigh less...A larger or smaller bone structure isn't going to account for more than a few extra lbs, give or take. Those who claim their heavy weight is a result of being big boned are full of ****. :)

On another note, how the hell are you that big at 16? Damn impressive!

A larger or smaller bone structure isn't going to account for more than a few extra lbs, give or take. Those who claim their heavy weight is a result of being big boned are full of ****. :)It makes the same amount of muscle mass look different.

For instance, both Leo and I are 5'10" and ~190lbs. I'm leaner than him. Yet he looks WAAAAAAAY bigger than me. How do you explain that?

Hockey, I'm calling shenanigans. There's no way you're 190. You need a new scale, the one you got is broke.

I'm really depleted and probably lost a lot of water weight, I figure once I start bulking again I'll hit 200+ very fast. Here is a picture of Chase at 224: http://www.wannabebigforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=17499&d=1121887584
I know he's leaner, but he has 30-40 lbs of muscle on me easy.

I think the scale is messed up slightly though, I'll check next time I'm at the doctors.

The picture is deceiving, I am nowhere near Chase's size.

To put things into perspective, my arms are 16".

220 should be fun dude, curiousity are the stats in your pro old? when i first looked at the pic i was estimating a 315 bench at least.

Hockey66
05-16-2006, 06:33 PM
Nope, current.

I'm not strong, and I'm not as big as everyone here is making me seem. If you saw me and CC shirted side by side we'd probably look the same (except for his tiny ass arms).

Leo, definitely great work. 190 is big on your frame plus it looks like you've got the genetics for this. Your legs and arms are awesome. And 16" arms are big for your age. Those will balloon up fast. Keep it up.

Damn dude!! You're ripped!! My upper body is well built but my legs have fallen behind. What routine did you use to develop those huge quads??

I've always had either one or two leg days a week, depending on my split. I just use a mixture of squats, front squats, SLDLs, leg press, hammie curls, etc. I'm going to start throwing GM's into my routine after reading Kevin's post.

Everyone else, thanks for the kind words.
