View Full Version : 3rd cycle??? need some advise guys

k so with 2 more bottles of test e 250 im thinking about running 500/week, here are my concerns..currently i am 6 foot 217 lbs, i have "fat storage"/gyno behind my nips that looks ugly to me, when i get cold nips shrivel up and look perfect, so
1. i dont want to gain any more fat/gyno or whatever the hell that squishy **** thats behind my nips and makes them pointy so how can i avoid that?
2.i want to gain LEAN mass, i know im gonna gain a little fat with cycle but i wanna cut up is this possible to do with test ?, or is it mainly to bulk only?
3. does everyone do cardio while on cycle? or does that kindof defeat the whole purpose? if so how much cardio per day?

The test is to aid in muscle recovery and to some degree aid in strength. The determining factor in weather or not you get fat is what you eat. You will hold some water without adex but overall if you want to cut, go on a cycle with a cutting diet. If you want to bulk, go on a cycle with a bulking diet.
I'm going to keep saying this until you people understand. IT'S NOT THAT COMPLICATED!

AND TO wannab250 ~ Lots of cardio, good clean diet and with test you should be happy with the results.

Test should basically be in every cycle with a few exceptions-some people here have tried eq and a few other substances alone and had good results. If you're cutting I would come off this cycle and wait a good 3 months(after pct) and you could cut on test alone to preserve muscle mass and have great results with a good diet. You can always add more drugs, but I think you'd be more than happy with just the test. Cardio is a personal opinion, you may or may not find it helpful.
You could, with more drugs, probably lean out and add some muscle. This is gonna depend highly on your diet and your body, and of course the drugs and dosages:) I would say it's more than possible to lean out and add some muscle with a great diet and just test, depending on your body of course.

LOL. True dat homie, I mean who would want to actually acquire knowledge through research and understand the underlying concepts when dealing with physiology, when instead you can take the first thing that someone responds with and run with it. Hooray for a lack of critical thinking and a 6th grade education

I dont run this board and people are allowed to ask whatever questions they want. We are, in turn, also entitled to tell people to learn at least the very simple basics before asking questions.
There is a reason meathead has such a negative connotation, and I dont like that stereotype to have reason to grow.

ive been cutting with just test and had good results ive proberly droped 8-10% bf about 40 pound and havnt lost any strength and not much if any muscle
no probs check my journal if yu got any other questions ive been on for about 27 weeks now and am just upping the dosage for the last few weeks

gotta say this isn't rocket science. You are holding water because your bodyfat is too high. When you get on your cycle just try to lose bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time. You can do this by staying the same bodyweight approx. and by doing this you gain some muscle and lose fat. Keep that up for 10 to 12 weeks then post pictures. Once you get your bodayfat at 10% or below maintain it, bud. Just my opinion, I don't see the point in getting on cycle gaining some muscle and fat, since you are already uncomfortable with your bodyfat percentage

^exactly. If this is your 3rd cycle, u shouldnt ask this questions. Do small cut, run test for a slightly longer time, say 400mg/week at 2 injections a week, for say 12-14 weeks (just guessing). And use a small diet. Keep lifting, keep proteins of course. Its like any other diet right man, instead ur using test to maintain strength/muscle tone while trying to drop bodyfat. Cardio IMO isnt nec. But some people like it. My job is cardio, so i cant stay away from it. And steroids dont do the work for you, you dont inject, and dont worry about it, and go on about ur day not givin a ****, and boom u get muscles. NO! The nipple gyno you speak of, i have the same case. After PCT im going to try nolva at 60mg ED, see if that helps, u can try the same thing. If you start to get lumps under ur nips, start taking 80mg nolva ED until it's gone.

sweet thanks guys for the non elitist info. i am not saying i am a pro by any means.. im 217 now, i want to be like 215 but cut, and get rid of my lower belly area fat that covers the bottom of my 6 pack, im going to do apprx 30 mins of cardio after every workout, drop alot of carbs/cals from my diet, and eat most high protein, do high reps on training, and have high intensity workouts.
hopefully these things will help me be satisfied.. also another question, with test i will obviously have water retention right? how can i keep water retention to a minimum? so i dont get that marshmellow look? thanks
armidex will help with water retention
WHY OH WHY would you do high reps on training????? This isnt needed for cutting and is an opening in my opinion to be flamed.

when i say high reps i mean like 8-10 i feel it burn better when i do this and its alot less hurtfull on my pos joints

If you are feeling issues with your joints its form issues, typically not weight. Or a muscle imbalance caused from working something more or heavier than its antagonist.
I've been doing max effort work for about a year now and my joints have never felt better. I get hip issues from time to time but I know that its from lack of stretching and weak hip flexors. When I fix that, I'm 100% better.
Higher reps might help you keep your muscle but it won't help you put any more on. While on, keep going heavy, whether you are cutting or not. I've found that while on and cutting, if I can actually make some PR's I don't lose nearly as much muscle as if I were just thinking about trying to maintain what I have. The absolutely only reason now I'll ever do higher rep work, is for supplemental work. All main exercises should be done heavy.

1. Take liquidex/arimidex at .25 - .50 mg per day while you are on your cycle. Have proper pct postcycle.
2. You can cut with anything. I recently did a cutting cycle with Test Cyp. 400/mg a week combined with a strict diet and the results I got were amazing. I've never been so lean, I went from 170ish to 157 at the end of my cycle and I ended up looking bigger and more vascular. You should not hold any water weight with arimidex based on my experience from the last cycle.
3. I did a lot of cardio. 3 - 4x week, I mixed it up with HIIT, low intensity for longer duration (45min - 1 hour) and at the end I started playing a lot of basketball. Being on a cycle helps spare muscle, I also took lots of glutamine.

stunt101, thanks for your info that makes me feel alot better about what i want to do, i just keep worrying about losing all this weight ive worked so hard to get and i think that losing 10-15 lbs is gonna make me look tiny, when in fact i will probably look bigger(cut)
