I dont have enough time on my hands to always be throwing some chicken/steak or w/e on the grill. My diet is lacking in protein. I HATE HATE HATE tuna.

Anyone know of some quick like frozen foods that I could just toss in the microwave that are high in protein? Or anything else similar to this?

eggs, cottage cheese,milk, you don't even have to toss them in the micowave

Whey+milk/water in a shaker is pretty quick.

ha yea, ive been living off milk lately. As in almost a gallon a day. Is getting 20 oz. of milk protein less benefitial than 20 oz. of chicken protein? Or does the fact that milk is liquid not matter?

The proteins in milk are just as good as in chicken. Just Focus on hitting your Protein goal perday.
