Macros seem fine although i would go for more healthy fats! Pizza, ice cream, and yes, the mars bar should go!

What you put in is what you put out!

But honestly, i wouldn't worry about it too much. Add some nuts or olive oil, or avocado to get some healthy fats, and be sure to take in you fish oil.

Again, i wont say the junk food is good for you at all, but it's not a huge deal on a bulk or if your goals are a bit tamer than most.

Fats look fine to me.

Nothing wrong with chocolate on a bulk.

thing is im still not gaining any weight, infact ive actually lost weight since i started weight training 2 months ago, i think i lost about 4-6 pounds actually. But all of that was fat to be honest cos i was eating takeaway food 4 times a week, so..

Im gonna have to up the cals but try and keep the fat the same, hmm

What does this have to do with using fat as a caloric ballast?

No! LOL! Question away - it's how we all learn.

Even though sometimes we don't like it very much. :hide:
