lol im bulking, i think the fat may be a bit too high and cals too low.. any idea of what i should take out or add?
please let me keep the chocolate bar!

Macros seem fine although i would go for more healthy fats! Pizza, ice cream, and yes, the mars bar should go!
What you put in is what you put out!
But honestly, i wouldn't worry about it too much. Add some nuts or olive oil, or avocado to get some healthy fats, and be sure to take in you fish oil.
Again, i wont say the junk food is good for you at all, but it's not a huge deal on a bulk or if your goals are a bit tamer than most.

Fats look fine to me.
Nothing wrong with chocolate on a bulk.

thing is im still not gaining any weight, infact ive actually lost weight since i started weight training 2 months ago, i think i lost about 4-6 pounds actually. But all of that was fat to be honest cos i was eating takeaway food 4 times a week, so..
Im gonna have to up the cals but try and keep the fat the same, hmm
