the ephedrine is a lil played out for me...i drink enough black coffee as it is in the morning....anybody usin anything else preworkout these days? please dont say clen cause it's not a preworkout stim.
i been usin the Redline supplement (pretty good but i really like to fly lol) but man everything feels so much weaker than it did 2 yrs ( the old ripped fuels, etc were so great). I absolutely adore Adderall and Ritalin but its not as easy to have steady supply of them.
the reason i ask is because my day is so absolutely busy that i really dont get a chance to sit down and recuperate until 12 pm and im up again at 630 am all week....any suggestions fellas
I was using an ensure plus drink before. Its not an energy drink like red bull etc but a carb/vitamin drink they give you when coming out of hopsital. its got about 330 cals and lots of carbs which used to give me a good energy boost.
Proberly not what your looking for tony but just a thought

I take 2 tablespoons of honey pre-workout.

Sleep. I used way too many stimulants and I work 16 hour days. I caught a nasty cold and I feel it was a result of adrenal fatigue. I suggest looking at catching up on some sleep working out less.
Not a suggestion you want to hear.........

hill- i always drink a met-rxx shake plus a banana to ensure a quality protein/carb ratio around an hour before workout. of course it is essential to fuel your body correctly before workouts...ur recommendation was right on.

maki-why would i not want to hear ur recommendation? i respect u and ur dead on correct when stating how important sleep is. to be honest, i manage never more than 8 hrs sleep and mostly never less than 5 and if i do have less than 5, i will not workout that day and reside to a nap instead BECAUSE RECUPERATION IS SO IMPORTANT like u stated. i've caught similar colds and as soon as u stop taking care of urself, it's all down hill. it all starts with ur immune system. every few weeks, i take 3 days off with absolutely no form of stimulant including diet soda or coffee, nothing, to in a sense cleanse myself. i also try and "catch up" as much as possible but with hectic lifestyles its not always easy.
i am feeling kinda ****ty that u guys seem to think ur recommendations r not what i want to hear because their not some sexy new drug. listen i'll hear all recommendations even though i do enjoy a good stimulant, we all have our "vices", constructive criticisms and suggestions r always welcome, especially from the vets that have known me for so long.

Nothing better than a shake + a cup of oatmeal an hour before a workout for me.
