i have been lifting seriously for over a year now. my main goal is to increase muscular strength. currently, i take GNC creatine and GNC whey protein.
i was looking through the atlarge site and was wondering what product mix would best improve my performance.
i was thinking of trying the creatine, multivitamin, and ets... the other ones like thermocin and nitrean, etc i dont know much about. which one would be best to supplement the protein with?
and is it ok to take multivitamins when on ets?
lastly, ive heard nothing but good reviews about atlarge. im guessin it would be wise to switch my supplements from GNC to atlarge.
