I just found out today about the fitday website while reading the other thread ('importance of diet in muscle gain'). So I entered everything I ate today (pretty typical day for me):


I'm trying to bulk up. I thought I was eating a lot, but it only came up
to 2588. My goal is 3000, right? A couple of nice surprises: my diet is almost 1/3 carbs, 1/3 protein, and 1/3 fat. Also, I am almost consuming 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight without any supplements. That's good.

The thing is, I eat and eat and eat until I'm so full I can't eat no more. So I keep thinking I'm eating biggg. Should I force-feed myself? I just kinda stop eating once that satisfied feeling hits me.

Also notice the cottage cheese. I got that from this board. Also peanuts (well I didn't snack on peanuts today because I ran out).

I know they fill you up a bit, but some fruit and veggies, please.

Butter your veggies, maybe some healthier food choices, sweetpotato, oats, natural peanut butter, drink milk instead of water when you're thirsty...
