What do you guys buy? Regular eggs or the cage-free / Organic eggs? Looking for opinions.:read:

I buy the eggs from 'free range' chickens. They just started selling them at the grocery store. They are a bit pricier but I think those chickens probably appreciate it.

The eggs are mostly indistinguishable from 'regular' eggs, only the carton is clear plastic and it's weaker than the paper-type of cartons.

Ive never seen egg whites in a carton. Right now I just hardboil them and remove the eggwhites

Thats what I get. They are cheaper than a dozen large eggs and you get 16 egg whites instead of 12. Not to mention the convenience.

My parents have chickens, breed chickens and associate with people in the poultry industry. I could have a 50 egg ommlette on a dailty basis if I wanted :/
