I see a lot of folks saying to avoid dairy when trying to lose fat. What should you do for calcium? Are calcium supplements adequate? Is all dairy bad for cutting or just specifc kinds?

dairy isn;t "bad" for cutting, it;s just not "optimal", for want of better words.

basically, other food sources can be better.

I agree 'bout the pill though. I have done so ever since i sarted cutting.

yea buy pills their cheap.

I dont drink milk and none of that. However I eat about 1 lb of cottage cheese a day (not every day tho). Is that anough calcium of should I take a supplement?
