This in my case is not only affordable (just moved out on my own) but doable, all of the foods i put on i really enjoy also. Feedback would be great, possitive or negative =)


If you wondering why so many carbs its to get the calories up there, i'm 5'11" and about 156. Says i need (with work out) 3200calories aprox. I also try'd to keep my fat lvl as low as possible. Anyways would love some input. Thanks!

I'm 18 btw if that matters much

Looks fine, I usually shoot for 1g protein per bw, and 0.5 fat per bw (not lbm) when bulking.

I fill the rest of my cals with whatever I feel like.

Why add carbs to get the calories up?
Cabs have 4 calories per gram
Fats have 9 calories per gram

Therefore the easiest way to increase calories is to increase fats.
