I am 15 and am wondering if I should be drinking or taking whey protien. My buddy brought me some over in an empty creatine bottle lol. I am 15 and working out 4-5 days a week..wanting some input. We did it...3 scoops..some ice and milk. He drinks weight gaining stuff though.

I'm 15 I have like 3 scoops a day. Give me and edge over everyone else. Well... a legal edge haha.

It alone will give you nothing other then a slightly healither diet. If your using it to get stronger/bigger then you still gotta hit the iron hard. And drinking 3 shakes a day doesnt mean the rest of your diet can be siht either.

All it is is protein (in 110-120 calorie servings). There is no magic edge. If your diet sucks, you will suck.

I often am struck in awe at people who believe that a half chicken breast worth of protein will somehow make everything right.

People seem to be making alot of stupid questions about whey lately. Its the same as having a chicken breast its just cals which are mostly protein. If you prefer to eat solid food eat 300 cals of chicken breast if you need 300 cals for that meal. if you prefer liquad drink 300 cal of protein powder and milk or water
