Arms - 18 1/2 inches
Chest 50 1/3 inches
Waist - 33 or 34 on average
Quads 28inch
Calves 18inch

The big bald guy in #4 would be my pops, hes huge and still doin his thing at 43yrs old.

Im 6'5, 270lbs
Pops is about 6'1 1/2, 265lbs
Ya hes definately huge! Hes an old school bodybuilder and my training partner now.
Hes extremely stong
43yrs old and STILL can :
Bench 485 raw
Squat 605

Hes a genetic FREAK and he is all natural, scary stuff.

Great job bro! Definately also jealous that you're Dad is your training partner. All my dad ever does is scream at me for every dollar I spend for the gym or on wieght-gainer (at 23, it's a little tiring)!

At 23 you are your own man, I respect my parents but as an adult if I want to lift weights and spend money on gym memberships and supplements I damn well will.

Lookin big man, and your dad also. He looks better (from the back atleast) then most guys 16-22 do.

Ya, well 3 inches IMO is alot more. When you reach 18 inches, u will see what im talkin about.

It has taken 5 years of heavy lifting to get to where i am at. I know thats not alot for some of the more experienced guys, but i have missed very little days of working out in that period of time.

I know i lack overall thickness, especially in my upper back, mainly in the traps area. I dont really know why that is, i work my traps very hard. I think its just somthin that will come with age. Thats where i am really jealous of the old man, he has great thickness/density.

For some reason I was oddly interested in finding it too. Took me a while, but once you find it, you'll see it was very noticeable.

Check out either of the first 2 pictures and you'll see the reflection in the mirror.

The thing is, right now im heavier than i have ever been, and i still dont feel like im THICK enough. Its hard at my height to get that Dense look, and thats what im after. Im really hoping Powerlifting is gonna add the thickness im looking for.

Ya, im gettin ready for this competition, and i wanna gain as much weight as i possibly can between now and then, but im bout to start throwin in some light cardio 3 days a week, cause i HATE being FAT!

The cardio will be good for your heart, and may even be beneficial as active recovery. But it won't help you stay lean on a bulk anymore than you would if you simply ate a little less food rather than burning off the little bit extra you will with the cardio.

If i cut, then i wont be where i need to be strength wise to compete. Moving down a weight class at my height is NOT an option.

Ya, i kinda wana bulk to 300lbs. Then diet down. In the past my diet has been so ****ty when it comes to cuttin, i lose to much muscle mass. Im gona really have to iron it out this time so that doesnt happen.

Well every day i attempt to eat 7 or 8 meals. BUT, its hard with my job to eat that many times a day all the time.
You really have to condition yourself to eat that many carlories a day, it takes me a while, i guess to stretch my stomach lol.
Alot of Chicken and Steak. Some potatoes, a couple of veggies, not much though! haha i hate veggies unless im dieting.
Pastas and stuff, i hit a buffet daily.
The food bill is a bitch, between food and rent, im tapped.

I eat alot of the same things, kinda boring, but it gets the job done.
I try to throw in a 1,000cal shake in there somewhere throughout the day.

I have always done sort of a hybrid kinda routine, between bodybuilding and powerlifting.
I am pretty much ditchin the bb'ing part of it and goin straight to powerlifting now.
