Im 5'7" 172lb, 37" waist (im chubby). I would like to lose weight and be more defined but I want to have lean muscle (http://brucelee.m6blog.m6.fr/images/medium_19023949.jpg) and not "a lot of mass" like (http://www.strong-man.pl/galeria/data/media/97/Chiny_396.jpg). Should I just focus on losing weight first? Or should I focus on both- losing weight and gaining muscle? Remember, I want to look "ripped".

Also, what foods should I be eating and avoiding to lose weight? And what are some fun exercises to help me with losing weight? I dont like running.

Getting huge is hard work.....most people will never look like that without steroids. Same rules apply to you as everyone else. I would say bulk first then cut, but it is hard to tell without a picture of you. Post one and we might be able to help more.

I think a cut would be in order. Read the stickies in this section, especially builts. That will give you an idea. Also, if you need a routine, I would start off with WBB #1. Its a great routine. Here http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=25 is the link for it. Read the whole thing as it has some great info. Good luck with your goals!
