That's one of the most impressive lifting videos I've ever seen. Those kids are going to be AWESOME, they've barely hit puberty and they're lifting like that!

I know its crazy I wonder when these kids start training and what kinda routine they do to get such crazy strength

It might just be a matter of great Technique, for the most part technique occasionally rules out strength.

If you listen to the guy he says he can squat like 170kg. The kids a beast either way.

Might sound a bit ignorant cuz I don't follow olympic lifting much but when the bar is overhead, is it REALLY supposed to be that far behind him? That position just scares me, I could never get into oly lifts with my shoulder.

That kid is amazing, incredible strength. That being said, when I first saw him I knew that he was 14, but I noticed "midget" like characteristics. Anyone know how tall he is? He seems to have a bit of mechanical advantage due to his extremely compact built. I for one am extremely impressed and would love to see this guy at 19-21 years of age with 20+ lbs LBM and a couple more years of experience under his belt. Inspiring!

Not sure about his age, just trying to make myself feel better about getting shown up by a smaller guy. :)
