So i started my bulk on april 17th. I weighed 164 pounds at the time. I didnt get measured but I believe I was about 15% bodyfat, maybe even more Im not sure.
Today I weigh 173 pounds and i got measured at 16.7% bf. Am i putting on too much fat?
My diet has been carb cycling. 147g fat,250g protein, 308g carb on lifting days. 147g fat, 250 g protein, 250 g carb on HIIT days. 147g fat, 250g protein, 185g carb on rest days. Well thats my estimate of rest days, I seemed to always be hitting the buffets on my rest day.
Should i continue the bulk? I am lifting heavier weights every week and my chest and arms look bigger.
How hard will it be for me to get to 10-12% bf?
Btw Im 5'10 and 26 years old.
