5x5 Pullups

I guess this counts as a PR. I have never tried it as usually it is hard for me to do 6 in a set.

But I tried it yesterday (as that was what my BGB routine called for) and I did it. (Unweighted, so I'm still a sissy).

MANY people, including me, cannot do 5x5 pullups unweighted, hell i can barely do 1x5.

150 lb weighted Dip 1RM.
80 lb weighted chinup 1RM.
DL 355 1RM.

Completed two 85 pound dumbells for three reps.

Some might not think thats amazing but it is considering I'm in a 1700 (per day) caloric defecit and have been doing a PSMF for 5 straight days.

BTW the most bench I've EVER done was two 85 pound dumbells 4 times.

I set 3 this week so far.....one more day left today. :-)

I got 265 5x5 on my bench on monday

Yesterday I got 245 5x5 ATF squats and 405 x3 deadlifts ....but I had to use straps :-(

well, i train for strongman, not powerlifting, so my big 3 aint bench, deadlift an squat, however:

deadlift: around 500lbs
squat: around 400lbs
bench: 90lb db's

i lift raw (no belt) an squat atg

been strength training for 6 months but squatting for maybe 4 months an benching for less - didnt do any training for 1 year before this

Strongmans gotta be one of the most physically taxing things out there, props on taht. Strong lifts especially for not training for them.

im so pumped... its the end of the first week of my cut and I squatted the most ive ever done!! Now I know most people wont be impressed but its a lot for my puny legs, I got 315 3 times. It felt terrific!

But I am probably much lighter---i weigh like 150 in the morning and 156 or so during the day. But considering that two or three weeks ago I was only hitting 144 I consider it an accomplishment.

Deadlifts - 3 @ 85kg (187 lbs)
Squats - 8 @ 68.5kg (150 lbs - Let the laughing begin...)
Weighted Dips - 10 @ BW + 21kg (45 lbs - real happy with this one)

Deadlift 335 lbs x 2. I know I can pull 385lbs for 1 with just a bit more confidence.

ho yeah that reminds me I also did 37 pushups in a minute, 88 situps in 2 minutes, ran a 2:44 800 and a 23.15 sec 120 yd shuttle run. PE class, loads of fun...
