another question.........do u notice any pectus excavantum (hole in chest)
because it use to b very noticable but now w/ the weightlifting its got a lot better

Didn't notice any caving-in of your chest from those pics, although you can usually notice it most when viewed from the side.

I think he was being sarcastic because you spelled it sophmore and it's spelled sophomore;) Looking nice and lean, bulk up now while you're in high school. I wish I would have found this site in high school.

mon.-bench 3x8, incline bench 3x8, pull downs 3x8, upright row 3x8, abs (roman chair leg lifts, crunches,etc.) 1 hour of basketball
tuesday-leg curls 3x10, leg extensions 3x10, calf raises 3x20, supercat, and more ab exercises, 1 hour of basketball
wednesday-2-3 hours of basketball
thurs- same as monday
fri- same as tuesday

i know my routines messed up
i cant use the weight equipment on the weekends so i just do crunches, push ups and exercises that involve small dumbbells

freshman is 14-15 years old
sophomore is 15-16 yrs. old

i do supercat instead of squats its more specific to basketball

do you diet, or just eat whatever you want? I will be in 10th grade next year too, but my metabolism is sort of slow (I think I will have to cut to see anything from my abs, you really lucky!).

Is it a grading system for years of education.

In the UK we have
Primary School (reception, year 1, yaer 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
Secondary School (Year 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) year 11 being 15 or 16 years old.

So, this is how it basicly is in the US:


Primary School = Middle School (year 6,7,8)
Secondary School = Highschool (year 9,10,11,12)

"years" = grade number

so I am going to be 16 in november, so I will be going going in to the 10 grade.

I mostly just play basketball...its fun and takes a lot of running!
But today i had basketball from 8-10:30 and then i played ball at my neighborhood gym from 1-5:30.
