Hey, I just want to start of by saying I'm a 15 year old highschool freshman at 166 lbs 5'9. I am very interested in loosing some weight and gaining muscle. I started lifting for the first time in the beggining of the year in my school's weightroom, so I am relativley new to everything here.

I've been looking around for a while at all the threads about loosing fat and my head is spinning. I'm not looking for a huge complete diet change or anything, just enough to know off 10-15lbs.

I currently am not on much of a diet, and eat fairly poorly. my meal schedual is as follows. Breakfast: Pancakes or waffles, or cereal. Lunch: Usualy a bagel with american chese, egg, and taylor ham. Dinner: Completely varies, but usualy mom's homecooked food. Aside from the 3 main meals, I don't really eat much. For exercise, I am currently on a travel hockey team, participate in gym class 4 times a week, and lift after school.

Can anyone offer me something not too drastic to loose the weight I want?

Also, I haven't gained or lost weight in quite some time (maybe like 3 months).
