View Full Version : Newbie 3 months into routine

Only got one pic at the moment but il put some better quality ones up tommorow! I have been lifting for about 3 months now, and i have to say i havnt been 100% dedicated recently but im gonna sort that out asap. This pics a few weeks old so il take some more tommorow. barein mind that i had no muscle at all before i started

My goals are basically to bulk to 200lbs then cut. I find gaining weight extremely hard so this will take a long time but im ok with that. Im eating about 4000 cals a day. I havnt actually gained weight since starting this ive just replaced fat with a little muscle.

150-200 grams of protein per day
100 - 150 fat per day

cant remember carbs
