The infamous Jodi makes an appearance - and a great performance, too. Gutting out the last pull-up = :strong:

Nice video... aren't you dressed a little nice for sled dragging and ring dips?

skinnyfat and timmay (redundant?): it's a button up dry-fit from eddie bauer. Really comfortable!

ddegroff: www.ringtraining.com !

You can make your own quite functional rings for about $25 too. And I use a climbing oriented product: Nicros Pump Rocks, about $25 without webbing.

It's so funny to see people doing completely unconstructive work. I think I might just tag along with my dad more to get some GPP.

Regardless, great workout!

Anthony: Awesome thanks! Also, what kind of straps do you use? did you just buy some from a hardware store?

Are those the Elite rings in your video or the power rings? I am just curious because I placed an order for the Elite Rings a little while back but they are backordered so they have not been shipped yet. If they are the elite how do you like them?

JaC, yes they are the elite rings. They are awesome. Very well built, light, sturdy, and easy to setup. Definitely worth the wait! What's your order number? I think he has shipped up to 3900+ or something.

Ah well....Looks like they are starting to crank on them now. Hopefully I will get them before too long.
