Well today i started my first cut, i weigh 177 and im 5'8 and from some guides i looked at i should be eating 2124 calories a day


m1:2 cooked eggs mostly whites, 1 piece dry toast, green tea
m2: Pure protein bar, banana
m3: 1 piece white bread, 5 slices of ham, lettuce, prentzels
m4: 3 medium pieces of grilled white skinless chicken breast, ON protein shake with 2% milk
m5: 2 grilled pork ribs with sauce, and about 7 brussel sprouts

i took my hydroxycut hardcore at 7:05am and 12:00 pm.

Cals Fat Carb Prot
1530 63 124 123

so obviously my calories is about 500 short and my protein doesnt match my weight, and not sure on my carbs, so anybody got any ideas, suggestions, room for improvements? thanks

And no cardio or weights due to finals tomorrow
Also drank around 7 bottles of water and pee'd at least 8 times today (mostly all clear so hydrated enough)

Hi there

What are your ACTUAL maintenance cals? How "fat" are you now? What LBM do you have? Have you read my cutting link in my sig? And what is your cutting routine like?

PS beware of what you ask for ... you might get it. :evillaugh:

1. it's pretzel's

2. 3 chix breasts + whey is a ton of protein for 1 meal. What is the weight of the chicken? Too much of your protein is concentrated in one meal, it should be spread evenly in each meal.

3. Add more fats to the diet, especially in the last 2 meals

4. What kind of sauce are you eating with the pork?

5. You're breakfast is too small, add more egg whites and carbs.

6. Eat veggies with every meal.



Thats just a few things.
