hey i wanna get into powerlifting this summer but i can only find one comp so far that i can go to and thats partway into the school year. i live in minnesota so anyone that knows of any powerlifting competitions that are remotely close to minnesota (driving distance) pppplllllease send me a message or reply thanks

ummm where approx in MN that could help and how har do you want to drive? Bill Carpenter puts on a killer meet in IA lots of meets around chicago. Maybe this will help

to start im 15 so im lookin for events with junior sections and im in lower central MN

I'll be doing Bill's show in August - I'm sure it will be a good one! Check the apf-iowa link that waynedang posted.

Tommy Fannon had a meet search site - if I can find it, I'll post the address.

You can always look through the current PLUSA magazine - there are a lot of meets listed.

I'm doing the APF-AAPF Summer Bash in Chicago on June 10. Also, I know some guys going to Minneapolis to the WABDL meet on May 27th. There is also the WABDL Great Lakes meet in Lansing, Michigan in July.

most all meets have junior sections. just enter in as a hs student in the 14-15 div......
