View Full Version : Week Off- What should Diet look like?

I am taking a week off (vacation and injury) of lifting. Currently I have been bulking- I am quite small and need to put on weight.

So on this break should I continue eating a ton or should I lay off some?

I know he isn't.

Do you know the trans fat content of McDonalds fries? Why would you willingly put that garbage into your body? Trans fats are that bad, yes, bad enough that I won't even consider a small amount acceptable.

If he wants to he can. I would sooner eat something delicious and nutritious instead of grease logged, oversalted, moderately heated fries.

Yah, the thread's about his week. Not yours. I wouldn't do it, either. Transfats are serial murderers. MURDERERS, I SAY!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAAA!

But, anyway, if the guy wants to bulk as fast as he can, let him eat whatever he wants. Shoot, kid, go fry up a skunk. I hear they're high in protein...

I prefer it baked.


I had a Chili's burger last night (probably a half pound i think-maybe not though) and some leftover chicken my mom brought home from her salad.

I've also eaten IHOP (breakfast death) and a bunch of other sh**....but I try to keep it clean most of the time.

Can't wait to start lifting again though, because it feels funny stuffin my face without feeling too hungry....and feeling like there is no benefit.
