So I got dumped a few months back, and it was terrible. Short story, she told me God wanted her to be single. It was a life changing experience. I will save the rest for when I am on Oprah, on to the pics.

The first photo was taken in November when I weight a wopping 158 lbs. The last shot is me at 185 on May 9. I know I do not have any wheel photo's up, but I am going to get them up sometime. Tell me what I need to fix and how to fix it, and I will. Thanks guys/gals.

Yeah, I am in the process of fixing the pictures right now. I wish I could get some abs like you, or at least something like that. Thanks for the comment by the way. Coming from a pro like yourself means that all my work and labor is paying off. Thanks.

Yeah, I am feeling a lot better for doing this. I am following the carb cycling diet and have a decent routine, but I imagine that it would take months of cutting on and off for me to get the abs that I want( http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=79765 ). Also, I know a WHOLE LOT of pro's that would love to have your bf and abs their built good job on being modest though.

That's awesome progress! Your abs actually look better in the after pics despite gaining almost 30lbs. Keep it up.

You gained weight and whether or not your bf% changed (although it looks like it did-for the better) you definately put on some good mass, the increase in your arms/lats/shoulder size awesome.

damn dude huge gains for a short period of time. It looks like you put on 30 lbs of muscle, that is sick. Keep it up and you will be a beast

it might be a good idea to start a journal man ;)
ive found it helps me tremendousley! and gives me a lot of inspiration when I look back on when i first started it.

I used that Nair for men stuff. It works wonders. I like it quite a bit. A little tricky to use (chemical burns suck, even if it is only minor) but well worth it in comparison to shaving.

Northwest Arkansas...Do you know where Huntsville is? It is close to Fayetteville. Unfortunately it is way away from a gym so I can only work out at home.

Do you take any supplements? I take in lots of protein and creatine. Check out my fitday in my signature to see what a day of intake is for me.

Dude, you're for sure looking quite a bit bigger. Don't sweat the girl stuff but if you feel like venting, we're pretty good at helping people with that stuff in the General Chat section.

Yeah, I take a custom mix of Whey and Egg white protein powder and I use Dex in that for my pwo shake. I have never taken creatine though.

Thanks man. It has been a long process, but it is coming along nicely. I am not much of a fan of cutting though...

In general I dont think any one thing is lagging... I would suggest EAT and put on another 30-40lbs of lean muscle mass. If you can do that then you would look pretty darn big for someone of your build. Just gaining more muslce would do wonders for not only your size but strength as well. I would suggest upping your cals on lifting days.

275x1 is a decent bench at your weight... did I read correctly that you had trouble benching 225?? Thats odd..

Either way great progress and dont sweat the female, its her loss.

Yeah, I was having a bad off day at the gym. This whole past week I have been working outside and sweating like a whore in church, so it has been a much more physically exhausting all around week than I expected. On top of that, I upped the amount that I did 3x10 on the incline bench to 185 from 165 in just a weeks time. I did the incline first and when it came time for flat bench, I was hosed. On top of that, it was just a bad off day. Thanks guys for the input though. I really appreciate it.

I was looking into getting waxing done as well. One of my good friends in england is a beautician, and she did it one time for me, and bro, you don't know pain till you've done waxing, lol

Some people say take an aspirin. More like a Xanax, lol
