View Full Version : Nitrean or ETS
I am debating whether I should take Nitrean or ETS. At first, I was leaning toward Nitrean, since I am not currently taking any powdered or capsuled source or protein. But then I read the reviews over ETS, and that appealed to me aswell. My parents will only allow me to buy one product, for right now atleast. So my question is, which would be the choice to take?

Both are great products, but they are also very different.
Do you get enough protein from regular food? If so, go with ETS. If not, go with Nitrean.
I eat 3 times a day, so I don't think i get enough protein.
Doesn't 1 bottle of ETS only last 15 days?
I mainly want to gain more strength and muscle size(same as muscle mass?)

Protein requirement before ETS. You need to be eating 6 meals a day regardless of bulking or cutting.
Do you think you are getting enougn protein already? If so, go with the ets... Otherwise i'm leaning towards the Nitrean.

1 bottle of ETS lasts 30 days at full dose.
If I could only take one it would be ETS.

I would go with the ETS and find some real food as your protein source. You should probably start posting in the diet section to get help with that.

Actually, i'd say nitrean, he said he wants to get bigger, ETS will just help with recovery. Apparently he isnt getting enough protein.

Phelon - I agree he isnt getting enough protein, but i really think he should tryin eating more whole foods. 3 meals esnt going to cut it unless he is eating 12oz steaks at each setting. Invest in ETS and FOOD.

I get you, eric. I was just saying, some people are on a budget, and cant afford 6 meals a day. so if he absouletly CANT get more food in, then i'd say nitrean, but if he can get more protein through food, then ETS. just depends on what he can do and cant do.
