Just got done lifting I feel great! Almost more than doubled my weight from Previous exercise on a 2x6 routine until I get used to it a bit more. My whole body is pumped, I feel real good.

Did a whole body workout today to get my body used to it.

Did 50lbs + bar (I think its around 10 not an olympic bar just an old style black bar hollow). for:
Curls 2x6
Wrist Curls 2x6
Reverse Wrist Curls 2x6
Front Barbell Rows 2x6
Reverse Curls 2x6
Behind the head barbell Press 2x6
Military Press 2x6
Barbell Tricep Extensions 2x6
Bench Press 2x6 (without bench still need to invest in one soon so I get more weight up)
Shoulder Shrugs 1x20

70 lbs + bar weight
Deadlifts 2x6
Squats 2x6
Calf Raises 2x6

28 Lbs. Dumbbells all single hand first right hand then left, except for flat incline benching and flyes.
Side Raises 2x6
Hammer Curls 2x6
OverHead Press 2x6
Dips 2x6 (First time doing them hurt like crazy but felt good after I finished)
Tricep Extensions 2x6
Kickbacks 2x6
Side Rows 2x6
Curls 2x6
Flat incline bench 2x6
Flyes 2x6.

Finished in 1 hour and 13 minutes.
*Need to purchase some Whey*

My daughter was born at 7:40 am weighing in at 7lbs and 11oz. !!!!!
