alright, lately here's how my diet's been looking on a daily basis:
wake up, eat a big bowl of cereal (my stomach is very sensitive in the morn)
midmorning i drink a protein shake with 25g protein and 120 cals
for lunch i usually eat two turkey sandwiches, each containing about 15g protein and 250 cals + milk
after working out i eat a homemade protein bar with 40g protein and 900 cals
for supper i eat anything from pasta to steak...i'm guessing about 30-50g protein and 600-1000 cals + milk
before i hit the sack i chug another shake with 25g protein and 120 cals
so there it is. by the way, i eat more than what i just listed, usually snacks like apples and bananas and yogurt. but my goal is to cut down to 3500 cals daily (bulk@4500). so are there any obvious dieting mistakes i'm making? should i cut out some of the stuff i eat on a daily basis? should i eat 2 peanut butter sandwiches instead of the turkey for the extra cals? thanks for the advice.
