Hey Paul,

I am confused about protein intake. Right now my diet is

2970 Calories
368 Protein
276 Carbs
40 Grams of Fat

I know before you said I need more fat, here are my stats. I am 5'6, 180 lbs.... going to start westide training. I want to gain strength and size. Let me know what you think... later

P.S. is too much protein bad for you? 2gram pre bodyweight?

hey i'm not paul but i'd say to much protein is definitely an expensive source of glucose. I would drop some protein and make up for it with some good fat.

Yep.

I don't think you need that much protein.

Swap some of it out for fat... fat should be a minimum of 15% of your cals, and I prefer 20%-30%
