As Bill & Ted would say:

EXCELLENT!

So what are your numbers? Do you take in a lot of protein or anything like that?

Ron Burgundy

I did protine but im off now (edit ive been of for about a year)
right now the only deffinant lift i have for the book is 205x6 reps 3 sets bench, everything is just switching around but I have been gettin 120 lat pulldown x10 3 sets and 85x6 3 sets preacher curl which is so hard for me right now!

Oh and sorry for the few that are blurry I dont kno how that happened.

Do you do the big three? I just started doing those two months ago and I have found that they have helped me a lot.

The trinity being squats, deadlifts, and bench press.

I see you do bench press, but what about the other two. Why did you get off of protein?

Yeah, I was talking about powder. BUT, you would have to eat a lot of tuna or beef or something to get in the amount that most lifters on the board recommend to take in. And, since Ron here is only 17, his body is still growing and probably puts most of the calories that he takes in towards growth. I think that if a person is serious about lifting at any age before 19-20, they need to take in a lot more additional protein than just the amount that is found in his daily intake.

I just eat a ton, like a ton, my parents think im a gluton, so I guess that's why =P. Like for example two days ago I ate 8 eggs, 4 peices of toast and a glass of OJ.

I'l be the first to say there is no possible way you are 190.

Keep lifting though, you def have some potential to be big and lean if you learn how to eat properly.

Ummm I just weighed my self 10 mins ago, I'm 189.5 I dont know where it all is but I am 190 sooo. Also, most of the time I try to eat well, Alot of chicken and brown rice, but other then that I just get by with alot of food tring to keep it lean.

Thats pretty good bro you having alot of good improvement but the main thing is it looks like your having fun with it;alot of times people get to the point where they get tired of working out do it just for the results but you got to enjoy the actual workout

Looking good bro. Keep up the good work. If you can, do the big three (squats, deadlifts and bench) like the others been saying. Those will really give you good results.

cut the toast(=to many carbs)
its a good start for your cut...
its easy for people to look at the fat content of food but you have to look at the carbs too.
good luck

You are mistaken.
Stephen, you look a lot like I did at around 190-195 (I'm 6' tall). I've always been much heavier than I looked. You'll probably start feeling pretty good and big when you hit 230 or so. You've made a lot of progress, and should be proud.

Well, im not sure I want to be 230 Personaly id rather be a lean big 200, is it possible?
