I've been taking these on my last few workouts and I feel great. But I didn't take em on my leg day and I felt crappier like I wanted to just do my stuff and get out, maybe even skip something. Then after I took another one and felt fine again.

Do you guys think it's just placebo effect? If not what's a good substitute because I like it but my mom doesn't like me drinking coffee at age 15 even though it's only before workouts.

I've had a couple of fifteen year old brothers, and they're about the laziest things known to man.

No just 1 before my workouts. Which is usually 4 days a week. Maybe 5.

Nah, I wanted to be like the big boys at WBB.com and have real grown up coffee.:) :)

Iono, just tastes better and the ingredients look more trustable I guess.

Ha, I was drinking coffee when I was your age, and so does my youngest brother. Coffee's awesome, and it won't stunt your growth or any of that nonsense. Well, at least not in my case.

Some of it will be placebo effect, though a lot of it will be the caffeine. Either way, it is affecting your workouts. I don't think there would be any substitues that your mom would approve of: caffeine pills, ephedrine, etc.

Personally, I would go cold turkey and stop. Or tell you're drinking decaf. You're call.

I like a double espresso before a workout can def feel the effect, though anymore than a double and I get jittery.

I just pop caffeine pills pre-workout. Faster, however, I enjoy a grande bold first thing in the morning.
