View Full Version : ETS and DOM's
I get terrible DOM's after Squats and Leg Pressing. This isn't a big deal normally but I just found out that I will be playing softball the day after Squat day this summer. Usually I am so sore I can barely walk so this could be a big issue.
I won't stop lifting to play softball so I was wondering if ETS helped much with DOM's. If it did it might be a really big help.
Thanks for the info guys.

My results with ETS have reduced DOMS significantly. When taking it I am rarely suffering, and even when I am sore it is much less than it used to be.

Reduced DOMS is one of the main functions of ETS.

While on the ETS is it ok to take a multi such as NOW Adam, along with antioxidants and fish oils? I remember reading somewhere that it might not be too healthy to take it with other basics.

Not sure where you read that, but I'm sure it's fine.
