I'm having trouble preparing my food now that I'm in my new apartment. At my previous home I had access to a really nice huge gas grill so it was'nt a problem preparing food. How do you guys cook the following with easiest way possible

1)Chicken
2)Ground Beef
3)Fish

What do you have to heat your food?

I usually make chicken breast strips from frozen in a pan of olive oil, on the stove. Fish the same way. You could pick up a grill and grill your meat, and add olive oil.

I was thinking that I would just buy a nice large pan but I wanted to see what everyone else did first.

Foreman is amazing.

Take frozen chicken, slap it on for 15 minutes.

Eat.

That damn simple.

When I'm making chicken or fish, I like to sear both sides in a frying pan with olive oil. I heat the pan up almost as hot as it can get, then sear each side for about 40 seconds, then I bake it in the oven for 10 minutes or so until it cooked right through. This is just the most delicious way to cook chicken and fish I find.

Damn but for a hefty price. I bought a nice pan for now. I really do not each much ground red meat. I will invest in a nice foreman or something of the nature within time.

The grill is my personal favorite but we gotta buy a new one, so my mom cooks everything in the pan or in the oven, she makes one mean pan steak.

i like my steak med rare, my fish all the way, chicken all the way.

pan fried is far FAR superior to the foreman in my opinion

if you can use a real grill, that is ideal

I boil a lot of chicken- not much taste- but I dig it for things like chicken salad or a chicken soup, or straight with ketchup.

I cook my meat in many ways. I don't really care how it is cooked, just as long as it cooked. I bake my chicken, boil it, and other times I slow cook. The easiest method by far is the slow cooker and incidently, I think it tastes the best. I always overcook meat, because I cannot stand any pink/red juices or color on my meat. But, I prefer the taste. Same with steak, I like it well, well done! I eat it just like that, no sauce and I think it is just great.
