Maltodextrin and dextrose are what you want to be looking for in the ingredients.

Anytime you eat carbs OR protein you illicit an insulin response.
To achieve an actual insulin spike you need a major load of sugar in a short time and generally on an empty stomach.
Like for me 120 grams of dextrose & maltodextrin.

Plain Cocoa powder without sugar will not spike insulin.
