Hit a Raw deadlift PR today as the title implies got 405x1 my previous had been 365x1 and my all time heaviest is 465x1 with straps so I was pretty happy. It was also at the end of my workout that was really hard

and I hit the 405 at the end of that so pretty good. I think might have a 500 in me.

new PR after all that? very impressive. i dont think i would be able to bend down and grab the bar after all those squats.

Thanks guys just though I'd add the bodyweight is hovering around 205.

Why did you wait until the end of your workout to attempt a PR? Your real max is no doubt substantially higher.

Because some of my friends were deadlifting at 385 so I just said put 405 on the bar. I had hit 365 and 385 earlier inbetween sets.

I think I have around a 500 in me. But I won't be able to find out because we never max deadlift back at school.
