I've been slacking for the past year. I've stopped lifting and have been eating junk. I finally reached rock bottom and I decided to get back into shape. My first agenda is to get rid of the flab on my chest and stomach. So my first agenda is doing cardio and lightweights to get lean again. Then afterwards, it's back to bulking.

My question is, what do you all recommend for healthy low-fat, low carb meals. A lot of my meals consist of brown rice, chicken breast, tuna, greens, etc.

Any inputs on healthy low-fat, low-carb foods/meals??

Thanks everyone.

Why the light weight for losing fat?

You don't need low carb and low fat.

Start with the stickes in the Diet & Nutrition Section.

Light weights are for losing muscle, not fat.

Track your diet on www.fitday.com (http://www.fitday.com) and post up what you're eating now. You need to do some reading, but you're in the right place!
