I finally broke down and decided to create a journal
so i guess this is day one
i have been lifting for 5 months
i hardly ever squat if ever
my bench press is at about 170 i rep max
dead lift is at 235
cleans are at 130

uhm today i did no sort of physical activity before my lifting
i did 5 sets of 5 with dead lift and started with 205 ended with 235
then i jumped over to bench for a quick toner and did 3 sets of bench at 135 (14 12 10) and incline with 115 (11 10 10) and on monday ill be benching again
tommorow is a rest day so that will be day 2...day 3 arms and shoulders ...youll be hearing more from me

I would suggest searching the different sections and just reading the stickies at the top. Most importantly work on your dieting, thats your foundation for your goals. Then should look into a good routine maybe One of the WBB routines (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=78290), and finally if you have the $ and are interested hop on over to the supplements and find something to help you achieve your goals.
