View Full Version : Help me make a shopping list

I know I want to eat more healthy and I go to the store and never know what to buy...I am sure you can relate to me. So if you guys can help me out with some things I can add to my list. This is what I can think of so far...i mostly need help for food for making dinner

Ground turkey
tuna in water
light or ff cottage cheese
chicken breast
pork loins (white meat)
steak
yogert
fruit

that's a good start, you need fiber, carbs, and good fats too. Don't forget to read the stickies.

chicken is alot cheaper if you buy the whole chicken, boil it toss the skin pick the meat off the bones , add the meat to some (already cooked) Omish egg noodles and a couple cans of fat free cream of chicken soup. Should be good for a couple meals.

If you add up the costs of the fat and bone boneless skinless breast is better value.
