Fitday or nobody will examine it.

I'd ditch the protein bars.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't think I could get all my cals in without them, though. I need something quick to eat while at work after lunch.

Knock back a shake. Eat some peanut butter, or a handful of nuts. Cheaper, and better for you.

what do your shakes consist of? add some olive oil that willl get you the extra cals, or like built said grab a handful of nuts

well, my regular breakfast shake is an Equate health shake with 350 cals and like 15g of protein. I just got some Opticen mix, though, which is like 330 cal and 50g protein. Why do you guys suggest shakes over the MetRx big100 bars? Just curious.

15g of protein is NOTHING.

Bars are notoriously full of junk that's either not listed, or not tallied up properly. They're basically overpriced, crappy-tasting candy bars.

Stick to food, supplement with shakes.

Protein Bars taste like cardboard-flavored ass.
