Hey guys and gals, just wondered if you could look over my diet from the last few days and tell me what you think. I don't have time to plug it all in to Fitday yet, just tell me if you see anything good/ bad/ ugly. I am 6 feet tall, 151 lbs, going on a nice slow bulk to try to reach 170+ lbs. by next March or April.
Day 1:
8:00 Nutrition shake (like an Ensure) 350 cal.
granola bar 220 cal.
banana 50 cal. (?)
11:00 hamburger 300 cal.
salad w/ egg, olive oil, cheese 250 cal.
milk to drink 260 cal.
3:00 snickers bar 280 cal.
5:00 Met-rx Big100 meal replacement bar 360 cal.
7:00 almonds 0.5 cup 340 cal.
8:00 chicken breast 150 cal.
banana 50 cal.
10:00 cereal and milk 580 cal.
~3200 calories total
Day 2:
8:00 shake 350 cal.
granola bar 220 cal.
11:00 milk 260
almonds & fruit 380
chicken breast 150
yogurt cup 170
3:00 Met-rx bar 360
6:00 cereal and milk 580
8:30 cottage cheese 260
bean and cheese chimichangas (2) 460 cal.
~3240 calories total
Day 3:
8:00 shake 350

12:00 chicken and rice (2 breasts) 500
milk 260
3:00 Met-rx bar 320
