Well...it's been a long bulk. Finally found a workout regiment I'm pleased with and have been seeing great strength gains across the board. I've been sticking with lifting 5 days/week (Tues & Sun Off), no cardio (for bulking purposes), and strict dieting. Just thought I'd post up some pics of the progress and give some more thanks to the people (wannabebig) that really got me headed in the right direction. I tipped the scales right at 200 lbs today. Time to take a week off and get a little sun in Vegas. When I get back I'm gonna get started on carving out the edges and cutting BF.

hey man, awesome work.
Can see a marked improvement in overall thickness and definite improvement on the legs. looks like the bulk paid off

Dont cut, continue doing what your doing; from what ive seen you have made great progress and gained tons of muscle and even have visible abs. Id continue what your doing now maybe up the calories cause your having great progress and no need to stop a good thing when your gettin definition anyways

Sweet jesus, legs are looking GREAT in comparisson. Whatever you're doing, don't stop, it's working awesome. Everything looks bigger, successful bulk. Lats/chest/shoulders could still use some overall mass increase, in that order. Good luck and congrats so far.

Great work- huge improvement.
The only major problem I see is that your shoulders look like they are lagging some. Keep with some heavy ass standing military presses!

That's alotta muscle in 6 months. Good job.
Nice work man, very solid. It took me a lot longer to essentially make the same weight gain; wish I had the before pics, though. How tall are you? Do you know how many calories (roughly) you had been eating?

Thanks for the compliments guys. My chest has been my weakest muscle group. When I first started to get back into lifting a year ago...I was doing my flat bench sets (10 reps) with 135 lbs. I finally reached the 225 mark a couple months back, so I've been excited about the progress and hope that with more weight, solid diet, and proper training size will eventually come.
I had been neglecting legs and back workouts almost for six months until I realized I was hurting myself more than I was helping. I started mixing those workouts in around late October. Once I started, I really noticed the weight come on easier as well as increased strength in my other workouts.
I've been eating roughly 4800 calories daily & carb cycling. I'm 5'10".

Great improvements, you will look sick after the cut. You also could have gone about it much leaner, but that is just me being critical so don't pay attention. Your core looks awesome now
