I borrowed a recipe from bofizzle he posted for tuna. I took canned chicken, hot sauce, LF mayo, garlic powder, and pepper...mixed it all together. I had some leftover gordida shells, so i put it on that topped with LF shredded Mozz cheese, threw it in the toaster over...and tore it up. Not bad for a quick snack and loaded with about 35-40 grams of protien depending on how much chicken you use.
